What is Mindfulness? It is awareness practices scientifically proven to be effective for the reduction of stress, enhancing overall health, and improving self-regulation of emotions and focus. You will come to understand mindfulness through the science and research that supports it's use. Develop a variety of mindfulness practices for cultivating a formal personal practice and some basic mindfulness skills for everyday use.
Prerequisite: Curiosity about Mindfulness!
