Learn how to prepare pasta condiments that require no cooking! We will begin with the preparation of a classic pasta al pesto Genovese, and will the prepare a classic pasta crudaiola with fesh tomatoes, basil and ricotta salata. We will taste our pasta creations and will finish off our luncheon with the preparation of fresh berries with zabaione, the classic custard from Northern Italy. All the while you will learn basic conversational Italian.
